The caption reads, "Text messaging while driving
prevents you from seeing what really matters".
The Caption reads, "Don't talk while he drives".
Talking or texting on a cell phone, while driving, can have
dire consequences. On several occasions people are involved in crashes or die
while driving because they are not focusing on driving but rather what to say
on the phone. In order to hopefully decrease the number of incidents one
advertisement uses shock value as a deterrent. The second ad uses an over
abundance of words to show how texting can
be distracting while driving.

I like these ads, very powerful with much to explore form a rhetorical perspective. The question you need to answer is how effective are they? Ans what is it that makes them so effective.
